How we handle returns, exchanges and refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s a clear view of when you can return items and how refunds are issued.

What’s eligible

  • Wrong, damaged or expired items delivered.
  • Sealed products unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Apparel in unused condition with all tags intact.

Not eligible

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • Intimates, undergarments or similar items once unsealed.
  • Custom, clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.

If an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we will prioritise a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Simple steps

  1. Step 1: Initiate

    Email support@raqibd.com within 3 days of delivery for damaged or missing items, or within 7 days for eligible returns.

  2. Step 2: Verify

    We may request photos or a short description to verify the issue and confirm eligibility.

  3. Step 3: Return

    Pack the item securely with original tags/packaging when applicable. We’ll share pickup or drop-off instructions.

  4. Step 4: Refund

    Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
