Orders, pricing & payments
- Prices, promotions and availability can change; confirmed orders will honour the price at checkout.
- Taxes, delivery fees or duties (where applicable) are shown before you pay.
- All payments are processed securely via our payment partners; keep your transaction records.
Shipping & delivery
- Delivery timelines vary by location; we’ll update you if there are delays.
- Inspect packages on arrival. Report missing or damaged items promptly.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to your provided address or collection point.
Returns, refunds & exchanges

- Certain items (like intimate or perishable products) may be ineligible once opened.

Content & acceptable use
- Product listings, images and copy belong to Raqi or our partners; don’t reuse without permission.
- Reviews should be honest and respectful; avoid hateful, abusive or misleading content.
- Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities or interference with other users.
